Dylan Detert founded Dyligence Properties in October 2017 with a vision of building a unique and expansive real estate portfolio and company. Graduating with degrees in both Marketing and Supply Chain Operations Management from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, Dylan began searching for a fulfilling opportunity after bouncing around in a few jobs that could not quite satiate his passion for making deals and building a business. His experience in multiple trades, general contracting, and business development were great primers for the creation of the company.
